We have put together a simple list of of steps needed to get your sign:
Find out what signs is allowed
Each location has different requirements and types of signs allowed. Your landlord and city are the ones that define these.
We can help you by working with the landlord and city to get the height, colors, and other specification allowed. We do this before any agreements or payments are made.
Request a sign design and quote
Once we have an idea of what type of sign you are allowed, we can provide you with a mock design and quote. We can also work with what you already have.
Wait until your sign is approved
Each city has different permit approval service times, it can range from 1 to 4 weeks.
We make sure the plans and all forms are neatly completed so there is no further delay on this step.
Get your sign installed
Once you get a call with the good news that your sign is ready we will set a date to finally install your sign.
From that point you are good to go. We will work with the city to set your final inspection and send you a copy of the permits.
